I think it's gone. Maybe Francis changed it so only he can modfiy them. |

Saw the Dump post a few minutes after I posted this. Thanks.
In my opinion, it's for the best. Open post quality was just a mess. Between Mama Luigi, Bridget, and everything else... I think this is a good move on Francis' part. |

I find Post-Quality MORONIC and STUPID. I mean, what's the point if I could anytime, make everybody's Post-Quality negative-9,000?! |

You cant. You can only rate a post that has been rated by you in the last century. Adn i doubt you would rate enough posts to mkae it -9000. |
