1; I can not find a video editing program that can change pitch without changing speed. I've searched through fifty pages of Google, and ten of Yahoo, and I found absolutely nothing. I've tried about a dozen different programs, all of which either do not work at all, or don't have any effects and modifiers at all.
2; My internet is being EXTREMELY slow, to the point that it's taking ten minutes to load a single page, and I usually have to refresh the page ten times before it decides to work. When I try to repair, it always says there are no errors found in my connection, and when I check the connection, it says it's connected with 5 full bars, which is the maximum. And also downloading anything, including tiny pictures takes a long time. A 100x100 picture takes about half an hour, while the dozen different programs I tried before took about ten hours to download.

For one, try ripping the audio and editing it in something like Audacity.
For two, try cleaning out your temp folder.
