Remember the Gamecube? When most of the games were good instead of 5% of them? When we didn't buy useless addon shit to play a game of Mario Kart? When Nintendo CARED sbout the people that CARED about them? D: WHEN WE PLAYED USING A CONTROLLER, USING BUTTONS AND NOT HI-TECH SHIT TOUCH-SCREEN-WI-FI-WII-MOTION-4000 JIGAWATT SENSORS? YEAH. A fair amount of the games still use button imput, and the only real addon needed is the Nunchuck. If you wasted money on a Wii Wheel or Zapper that's your fault.
The game quality I can't truely counter.ಠ_ಠ |

IF I WAS NOT A MECHANICAL TURKEY I WOULD SAY:
True, a lot of the games use button imput but the amount of emphasis on using the touch screen on the DS annoys me because it scratches so easily. But I suppose thats the big selling point.
Also, zapper is needed to play a few games, but thats just me being nitpicky, and my siblings refuse to play MK without a Wii Wheel, which is a shame because they're not really the stereotypical "annoying brothers and sisters" |

The DS Screen doesn't scratch easily provided you don't press your stylus down on the screen and drag it really hard. Or use a pen. You just have to clean the screen, just marks and all. And the touch-screen feature is actually not that bad. Games are somewhat better if you can use it. I prefer using the touch screen for navigation/battles in games, as opposed to buttons. More games should have CTDS' option of not using the touch screen. |
