Pretty good. The skintone is quite nice, imo, and it is quite realistic. I also like the water flowing down it. c:
Crits (just some anatomy stuff; hands ARE hard to draw):
The pinky looks like its bent unnaturally, though, and the rest of the hand appears unaffected by its movement.
The wrist is a little small compared to the palm, which makes it look kinda... weird.
The side where the thumb attaches dips in too deep. Hands are generally smooth there; little dips are okay, every hand is different, but, yeah...
The two of the digits look like they have extra skin hanging off of them, or that they've been crushed. Then again, my hands could be odd (I'm looking at them to crit this, lol).
The middle finger should be the longest finger. The first finger (closest to your thumb) should be second longest. |

The pinky is weird I didn't feel like fixing it. This was just a scribble, more for skin tones than anything.
My wrist is really small. D: But I think it looks weird because it curves in too much.

If your hand looks odd, then try referencing off of pictures. I use my hands to reference too, though... but I always have a picture, because mine are tiny.
Yeah, it's not all that bad, though. If it was a couple pixels further out, it'd probably be just fine.
Eh, nevermind about that skin one. It made no sense the way I explained it. >>; I guess that the skin on hands is usually "taut". You know what, I sound like a douchebag, just forget about that one.
And, it's kind of hard to tell, since they look like they're all on the same plane of perspective.
In any case, hands are hard to perfect, especially when you reference your own hand (3D to 2D is a little awkward sometimes). |
