Four methods.

Buy a Life-Shroom for 5 coins, revives you to 10 HP.
Super-Life-Shroom, 50 HP for 50 coins...
Ultra-Life-Shroom, for 100 coins and revive to full HP...
Or beg Francis.

Of the above, the plain old Life Shroom is the best value, but I'd use super or ultra unless you wanna be poison shroomed back to the Underwhere.
