First off, being striked or not striked is what matters, being reported is nearly irrelevant. There's no way for any non-moderators to tell if something's been reported. Reporting is just forwarding it to the mods, somebody could have reported something and the mods just didn't strike it. And mods can strike without reports. It really pisses me off when people blame the reporters when all they did was bring it to the mods' attention, it's the mods' responsibility in whether or not it gets striked.
It also really depends on whether it was in OT or not.
And then there's the fact that "Screw you" is less extreme than "*crag* you". And that caps lock almost always means joking.
And of course there was that sticky about not using unstriked similar posts in the past as excuses. |

Sinani's comment looks like spam. Pokemoneinstein simply responded to it in a joking manner. His wording of choice however, is questionable, and could be considered flame to the untrained eye...
