How about a battle log window that would pop up and show recent item actions as well as the messages of people who used them? Maybe the latest five or such, to show who's been attacking everyone and such |

Do you mean a log of the last five item usages by anyone, or a listing in each user's profile of their last five item usages on other members? Either way, support'd because it could let members see who is beating the crap out of who. |
