Yeah. Each element has another minor thing they can bend, if they're powerful enough. Airbending's wasn't shown, but Fire is lightning, Water is Blood, and Earth is Metal

Maybe Air's is gas? *shot* But ablility to bend blood is KICKASS.
If I may interject my opinion here, I have two possibilities as to what Air's "Minor" element would be:
1. Sound. If you can control air, you could theoretically control sonic energy, so you could create sonic booms and such. 2. Plasma. My theory being this:
Fire & Lightning - High-energy Water & blood - Liquids Earth & Metal - Solids Air & Plasma - Plasma is the charged state of a gas, or Air
Other than that, I used to watch Avatar quite frequently. I lost interest by the end of book II, though.

Actually, it's creepy, disturbing and wrong.
I find it amusing that waterbending is strongest once a month, when the moon is at the height of its perioud.

Yeah, and that's a problem.
However, I'd like to mention that those are two different types of plasma you're talking about.
I'd say maybe nature/tree/wood, but that ties in more with Earth...
What about Poison? My reason being that there's a lot of gaseous stuff which is rather bad for your health.
