OK, my school handed out packets from the state on what we're supposed to know math-wise so far. Only thing is... I don't know any of it. and we are FORBIDDEN to skip a single answer. So, how bout you guys gimme a hand?
The height, in feet, of a missile is given by H = 1600t - 16t^2 and t is the time in seconds.
A. what is the max height? B. At what time does it reach max height? C. At what time does the missile hit the ground. |

Dude, are you serious? I suck at math and I know this.
A quadratic function is modeled with y = ax^2 + bx + c.
The vertex is -b / 2a.
Figure the rest out for yourself. For c, you just need to know how to factor it. |

I'm not sure if you'll need it, but if you understand the formula ? Block said, you can use the Quadratic formula.
y= -b plus or minus the square root of b^2 minus 4 times a times c over, (Divided by) 2a. |
