Can you identify the problem in the below image?

If not, I'll tell you.
Lenna is a mime, equipped with a sage's staff, trained as a mage.
THOSE ARE THE FACTS.
What you see here is just one attack during a Rapid Fire (four attacks at half power for non-FFV educated).
It COULD be a glitch, but it's only reserved for movers. I honestly have no idea how this came to be.
