Lol, that same thing happened to me; except it was more than one kind of wrapper. In fact, it happened a lot. Whenever I went to throw away a wrapper, it would cling to me. If I put it down and set my hand somewhat near it, it would slide over and cling to my arm again.

This lead to my famous line "GET IN THE *crag* TRASH CAN ALREADY!!!" cause it happened once with a wrapper from my lunch.

Oh my god, this reminds me of my haunted candy wrapper. It wasn't the papery kind, it was the plastic kind, and it just sotra floated between my hands if I had it in one and opened it. It almost looked like I was moving it, but then It would eventually stick to one of my hands. :<
