Paper Mario: the Green Chime
Intro to a fanfic. I already made this post, but in a dead section.
The story of the Green Chime takes place at a luxurious high class hotel and party complex run by insane elite socialites and bankers. Imagine the most decadent black tie party you've ever been forced to go to (think barmitzvah, wedding). Remind yourself how large those caviar complexes can be. Now imagine the largest financial meet in the history of the Mushroom Kingdom, consisting of a who's who of Plit's richest. They sure do clash with the deranged Chime staff. When Mario is called on to do a favor for an old friend of Peach at the hotel, with most unfortuate timing, the five-star adventure begins.
A story that throws Hotel Mario out the window, with underlying themes influenced by popular culture, US politics, ancient prophecies, and (WTF!?) the movie Zeitgeist.
