FILEZILLA
1) Find a good PHP host. (With a FTP account)
2) Sign up
3) Activate
4) DL filezilla
5) Log in using your Given FTP Username and Pass
6) Drag PHPBB to the directory listing
7) http://url.domain/phpbblocation/install
