"Uchi de, yuzu demo chii de yuku...

Tell me... Do you enjoy carnival games?"

Atop the jagged bones that lined the borders of the Necrocarnival, skulls sat glaring at any who wandered through the gates. A twisted man's nightmare, every aspect of the carnival games that lined the main path was turned into a morbid, twisted game of life and death.

"Come up, don't be shy! I'll need a few voulenteers to play! Prizes for all!

Your safety isn't guaranteed, though..."

[A Bucket of Water]

Bucket calmly stepped through the slightly intimidating entrance to the carnival.

"Gee, this sure doesn't seem suspicious or evil in the least. Nope, not at all."

[Lord Bob]

((It's a carnival. Unguaranteed safety is redundant.))

[Plastic Mario]

"Excellent! We already have one brave voulenteer!"

Zatsune pulled Bucket up onto the pedestal she was standing on, holding his arm up high. "Come, games are so much more fun when there's more people to share with! Hahahah!"

[Yamada Hanataro]

"I do love carnivals." Gio said walking up to them. (1st necromancer in topic!...I think)

Gio looked around. "this looks like a perfectly normal carnival to me. :D"

[Plastic Mario]

Zatsune pulled Gio up onto the stage and held up his hand as well.

"Come, we have two brave participants! One more? The fun will begin only then!"

[Yamada Hanataro]

"What game are we playing?" I sure wish it's a duel to the death! :3

[A Bucket of Water]

Bucket's arm was beginning to hurt. "I wonder if we could just get on with it already," he thought to himself.

[Captain Blue]

Popping out of a plot hole in the ground came Ivan, his hair covering the left side of his face. "Ooh~ A carnival~! I haven't been to a carnival in centuries!" He raised his hand up high, leaping up and down like a child.

[Zetta/Alexander]

((I heard Necromancy and came right over.))

Zetta, apparently there, walked up to Bucket, and stood beside his long-time comrade.

Ivan and Zetta stepped onto the stage as Zatsune heard Gio's words. "A... Duel to the death? Oh, goodness no! That's... Barbaric! We're going to play a game I thought of myself... Hahahah..."

The floor of the stage collapsed as the four participants tumbled down the newly created hole, down a chute and deposited into a circus-like stage. Besides the empty grandstands which were stained with blood, all appeared to be normal.

That is, until Zatsune appeared high up, and four blood-red spotlights flickered on. Two focused on Zatsune, two on the four participants. Zatsune grabbed the microphone that hung down.

"Are you ready?! The main feature of the Necrocarnival is about to begin!"

Not cheering, but tormented howling came from all sides, as if from the abandoned bleachers.

Eight crosses, each large enough to host a person to be crucified, raised up around the borders. "I don't think any guesswork is needed here. One of our contenders will be eliminated before our next round proceeds! Hahahahah!"

The borders of the circus stage exploded; Not into smoke or flames, but into clouds of needles. They floated, suspended in midair, all facing towards the four in the middle.

One shot forward, narrowly missing the four in the middle.

Then the rest followed.

[Yamada Hanataro]

"Repel!" Gio said creating a small force field around him witch would hopefully repel the needles.

[A Bucket of Water]

Bucket retrieved his scythe from his belt pouch (Hammerspace ftw?) and began twirling it about like a helicopter blade, hoping to repel as many of the needles as possible. If a few hit him, it wouldn't matter, he had his armor on. Now, if a bunch hit him at the same time, there would indeed be blood...
