The first true sequel to the Street Fighter franchise we have seen in years, and god was it worth the wait.

Anyone who has played any street fighter game, there is an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia throughout this product. It has a real loving feel to it, like the creators took some real consideration into what they were making. Sadly, this is a quality most games seem to lack today.

You will come to realize that, even in your first play through, the game is incredibly balanced. Button mashing will get you no where, and although performing special moves seems to be a little more forgiving this time around, you need to make split seconds decisions as to which move you will use, or you opponent will seize the chance and strike back.

When you lose, you feel as though it is due to your lack of ability.

There is nothing game wise you can blame for you failures.

And it is because of this, that you feel the need to want to get better. Even when you lose, you feel as though you reflect on the match and you do not see the negatives, only what you did right. Maybe you finally pulled off that combo you had been working on, or perhaps you led the enemy right into your Super Attack.

It really is an enthralling experience.

I have barely chipped the surface of this games and it's mechanics in the few short hours I have had to play it, and it has already captured my heart and mind.

There truly is a profound sense of soul that I have experienced in few other games.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am not known to give out recommendations without extreme meditation upon a game, but, my god.

This game simply must be played.

Full review forthcoming.

I was debating whether to get this or not. I'll wait for an actual review before I make up my mind.

I'll rent it when I get my sexbox back. If I like it, I'll buy it.
Also, how is the online? SCIV's online is way too laggy to be fun, and I don't want to just play against computers all the time. ФֻФ
