It's empty. Mostly because I don't play TF2 because it lags extremely bad to the point where it's unplayable. .-. |

It sort of increases texture details like so:
4 Super Low
3 Very Low
2 Low
1Med
0 High
-1 Very High
-2 Super High
all the way down to -10 |
