I dunno. I just went into the schools Alias SketchBook Pro 2 thing on the laptop and started with a black background. I then proceded to add scribbles of random colors and smudged the picture to make it look like...this... |

Looks pretty awesome! I remember there bein' some sorta board-like drawin' toy that used to do stuff like this. I loved it.
