Exuro, who had somehow managed to climb from the void that was the Pit of Deleted Alts, was outside, staring up at the hospital roof from behind his sunglasses. He was grasping a .308-calibur Sniper Rifle, with an assortment of other guns waiting and ready elsewhere on his body.

More than likely, but why let it ruin it for us? Besides, the only way out is to get to the top of the hospital and wait for a helicopter to evacuate us.
