I've been talking with Francis over PMs lately, and he has just informed me that this summer he will be appointing two new mods with announcement privileges.
One will probably be Cid, so he can do the news shit finally, though he hasn't actually told me who he will pick yet.
Exciting stuff kids. |

Depends.
I still say we should have a "Recent Mod Activity" RSS feed on the frontpage so the people see more what they do. It can be anonymous, or maybe with names.
Then we add a graph function in order to press the mods to best possible activity.
And soon my goal of ruling digibutter will be realized once I seize control during the ensuing shitstorm. |

The mods don't work for you are anyone, they volunteer their time to keep the forums clean and persecuting them in the open like that is not only tyrannical but ignorant.
The mods and Francis can both see the logs, if a mod needs to be removed or punished they will take care of it. |

First of all, I was kinda kidding.
What I meant to say is that the public often has no clue what mods does anything, what he's done, and what the general activity rate is.
I know that this is volunteer work, by the way. Not stupid. |
