I was asked about this recently.

If you and someone else want to trade Oress, you may. First, you'd work it out amongst yourselves whether you want to trade or not. Then, you'd post it in this Oress Plot forum, and I'd approve or disapprove of it. If approved, congrats, you've got yourself a new Oress!

Keep in mind that if you trade Oress, the Mirror Oress must be traded as well.
