The topic really didn't allow any room for discussion. Making a reference to something would work as long as it allowed room for discussion; however, just posting a thread for the opening post alone (Without enough fodder for most people to start a discussion over) is a waste. Even though some individuals were able to join in to parody old-school sitcoms, overall, their posts weren't very deep: they just continued posting minor references. I'd say that it is spammy, but not complete spam; let him off with a warning. |
