What do you guys think is the best current video game magazine? One that offers unbiased reviews and is an all around great magazine. I used to like GMR, but that's no longer in publication, and I don't subscribe to any now so I can't really say what the best current one is. |

EGM used to be the best before some dickfaces cancelled it for no good reason.
Nintendo Power, OXM, and PSM can all be pretty biased when it comes to their exclusives. The closest thing to an unbiased mag now would be Game Informer, I think. |

This is more than enough reason to not read Nintendo Power.
Anyways, GameInformer is probably the best, although I haven't subscribed to it, a friend of mine lends the newest issue to me every month. |

Nintendo power USED to be awesome, when it focused more on strategies than reviews. Nowadays, though, it's kinda "meh."
I especially enjoyed the cheats/unlockables section of Classified Information, when it was around. |

Nintendo Power writes reviews now. Reviews are supposed to be unbiased. They are doing the complete opposite.
GameInformers gets my vote. I'd say GamePro too but I don't know about now...I stopped subscribing to GamePro like 3 years ago. |

I don't know; Chrono Trigger was more positively recieved by most mainstream critics than Disgaea was (For both the original releases as well as their ports) in addition to having a wider fanbase, effectively removing that reason for disliking Nintendo Power based on that reason.
But yeah, Nintendo Power is by no means the best; especially since its a Nintendo-exclusive magazine in a point in time where Nintendo's console really isn't that great while looking at the fact that Nintendo Power is historically highly biased. |

No, not really. I'm a long-time CT admirer, and I agree that Disgaea is actually better. The reason that they probably didn't like it, is 'cause its original console was a Sony one. |

Nintendo Power will never be the best. There cannot be a "best" that is a biased as NP. It was good back then, but not so much nowadays. |
