Okay, I have a lot of work to do for school for the next couple of weeks, so I will be busy as Hell, but I also have an idea for a couple video games.

One of them is a Platformer-style RPG with 2D graphics and has heavy character customization and various "sets" of weapons (including types of weapons). No magic, but there might be teleportation functions to go from area to area (that you have been to). No leveling, though.

The other idea is a battling game with (at least) 5 kinds of elemental summons. It will have a Rock-Scissors-Paper-Lizard-Spock type of weakness/advantage system between the summons. For example: Fire consumes air and wood but is put out by earth and water.

The graphics will be vastly different between the two, but if all goes well... :3

Aside from the general ideas I have posted, I have a lot of sketches and notes I have made on both things. Zip on levels and areas, but a lot on the characters and gameplay.

Those sound cool! I've had an idea in my head of an open adventure game, tons of world an the enemies are different depending on the area, Also lots of leveling up and tons of weapon and stuff customization. The coolest things is that you slowly level up. Your speed slowly goes up as you run, your power goes up a tiny bit as you walk but some more when you fight. Also it's open. There is a main story, involving an overpowered person ruling a town killing people in his way. You can fight the final boss whenever you want too.


So I like the idea for the first one, the other one is a little shallow and pokemon like.

The second idea is not a "Pokemon" like idea. There are only 1 creature per element and there's more elements than mentioned. You only have access for 5 elements and maybe will get access to one more if, for example, you prove yourself worthy by kicking the collective asses of other summoners in a country wide tournament.

The first idea is heavy on customization to a certain degree. A lot of the items you will be able to buy would be weapons, clothes, and maybe (if I decided to go through with the following) furniture for your apartment. You'll be able to have get haircuts and extensions done to alter your hairstyle and/or color after your character is made and you will be able to buy colored contacts, but those both cost about as much as a weapon. You'll be able to buy restorative items, but they will only restore one or two "hearts" (exact health bar system has yet to be settled on).
