Idea was already done!
So new idea...
How about a grey status box underneath the username which says online/offline. (Thanks to Maiq/Ballastic Tiger for that)

M'aiq thinks he meant more of a "Status Icon" like some sites have, where there's a grey box by your name if you're offline and a green one if you're online. |
