After I beat the first one, Megaman 2 should become playable, right? 'Cuz I just beat it twice in a row and I still can't do shit.

I remember the only games you needed to unlock were the Power Battle games.

I think to get both, you need to beat Megaman 7 or something.

For Power Battle, you need to beat NeedleMan.
For the second one, you need to play Megaman 7 to some point I forgot.
