Mods, you can delete that post, but the reason I hit NOT GUILTY is this:
When I posted that link, it was a giant  . You know, the original one. Then, I guess the site changed the image after I posted it.
In simpler terms: I posted the giant , but after I did that, the site that I linked to changed the image to that.
ANd anyone who saw the image before it was changed can vouch for me. I'm sure SYnc, Mantis15, and vdogam3r saw. I don't know when the image was changed, though, but it must have been recently. I don't know who else saw, but I'm pretty sure they did.

Just to clarify, here's what happened, FROM FRANCIS HIMSELF, I should add:
He sent me a PM about why the image was swapped, and he jailed me until I explained in my own words why it happened. I did that, and I promised I would be more careful in the future, so he let me out. That's the end of it, so you can just let this die now.

What I am saying is is that this strike was originally for the image that he supposidly posted.
However, if he is truly telling the truth about his mistake, then there is nothing he can do about that.
However, having seen the problem, he did not go back to fix it. Thus, it's as bad as if he had posted it originally.
Therefor, he is Guilty. |
