Be a bitch back to him.
Or, if that doesn't work, email the principal to tell him about it. That way, you can be a snitch, but no one can confirm it's you if you delete it from you sent box. Then, if someone expects it's you, you can just say "Think what you want, but it wasn't me."
If they want proof, show them your sent box with the thing not there. Then if someone says you deleted it, argue that you can't delete things like that. Then they'll show you, and just be like "Thanks, if something like this happens again, you just showed me a way to hide from it," or something like that
