The problem with Yoshi Kid is that it wouldn't have the name you gave it. Maybe it could draw it from the GCN memory card.
But I think Jr. Troopa should have come back, and I also think Cortez should have been in the Underwhere for some reason.
EDIT: Maybe Yoshi Kid could be grown up, too? Like it would still have the color and hair, but the diaper could be a saddle, and stuff.
