If you pause on the first neon image, when it is in full focus than you see Mikuru's name writen clearly in English! WTH! There is no way that that is Mikuru, that is so Asakuru.

EVIDENCE,

a. look at the way she spins in the flashes, like Asakura
b. looks nothing like Mikuru, seriously
c. The places where the images flash corespond to the charecters allitle, mikuru wiould be the clubroom, but the image apears in the clasroom that Kyon almost got killed in
d. THIS SESON WILL SHOW ASAKURA and on the first time I watched it, I thpught it was asakura, until I paused it. WOW! FAIL!
