The witch doctor looks like an animated version of that black dude in live and let die. Not the one with the robotic arm, but the one with the creepy laugh. He even was in a 7 up commercial

What I am wondering is, why is Disney not marketing this at all

I've seen a few things about it on the internet, but have yet to see a trailer in theaters.
And it's coming out in what, November? If it appears in theaters without a single trailer, no one will know what it is so they won't see it and it'll flop and 2D animation will likely be dead for good.
