SMG2 is SMG but with more features, more levels, better graphics, ect.
Which bassically makes SMG a giant Beta...
I woner if U R MR GAY will appear again...
God I hope the don't *crag* up the soundtrack like they did in the trailer... |

Not exactly.
Some official for Nintendo, maybe Miyamoto himself--I don't remember, it was a while ago that I last read it--stated that only about 10% of the game is recycled.
By "more levels," you might've meant a bigger level count than Super Mario Galaxy, but it's kinda hard for me to read it without thinking you mean more levels tacked onto the levels already in the first Galaxy.  |

There were so many things Nintendo wanted to add in the original SMG, but most of them couldn't fit in. I expect to see more of those stuff in the sequel.
What CBL said, only 10-5% are recycled stuff, like levels and shit.
IMO Nintendo is not dumb with Mario, they are not gonna make a totally recycled game with their main mascot. not like Pokaymon dee pee and peetee. |

Wow, are you serious? I actually loved that track. I thought it was a nice remix of the Gusty Garden Galaxy and Purple Comet theme. |
