I'm thinking the blue chick is the spirit of the Master Sword or some crap like that, or at least she'll transform into a sword. Miyamoto drew attention to the fact that Link wasn't holding his sword, and she's where Link's sword WOULD be if it were in his sheath. In addition, look at her upside-down; the cloak and crystal form the Master Sword's hilt. Her leggings also add to this. |
