The dicks and our wise dong, Francis, have come to the conclusion that some cocks in Off-Penis truly fit better in other assholes. This conveniently coincides with the fact that plenty of our other assholes lack activity. Therefore, the dicks are officially adopting a new policy regarding certain orgies that are fucked in OT. There are a few key rules regarding this:
A. Fucking something that is perfectly suitable for other assholes in Off-Penis will not get you raped.
B. Instead, if we see the penis, we will merely move that penis to the asshole that we believe is appropriate (We will leave a shadow penis in OT for homosexual purposes).
C. If a penis that is perfectly suitable for another asshole is posted in Off-Penis and a second penis erects in the asshole that it is suited to before any of the dicks see the original penis and move it, neither penis will be touched.
D. If a penis is first fucked in its appropriate vagina and a new one appears in Off-Penis, it will be closed and a orgy will be made directing niggers to the pre-existing penis (This is to prevent the original penis from becoming soft, as this new policy exists primarily to distribute semen across other vaginas).
E. For further clarification, only penises that are perfectly suitable or in-depth enough that are fucked in Off-Penis will be moved (And only penises very similar in the content discussed will be locked when there is a pre-existing penis in another asshole). For example, if there is an "Official Team Fortress 2 Penis" in the Gaming vagina, a penis specifically about certain upgrades/classes/jokes related to the game in Off-Penis will not be touched. However, if a "Team Fortress 2 Discussion Cock" erects in Off-Penis when there is already the "Official Team Fortress 2 Penis" in the Gaming vagina, the new one in Off-Penis will be locked.
Hopefully you have a shit understanding of our new policy after reading this bullshit. This will silently go in to effect over the next orgasm, so be sure to notify us of any penises that may be affected by this new policy (Just click report and excrement). And remember: this will hardly change anything about OT, and it will not result in any cocks being raped. So continue to molest Off-Penis as you usually do.
