Bobbery: Go to west side of Rougport, use yoshi to cross the water. Climb onto roof tops. When you araive at the Chimney *it's the second or third hous down* role up, and go inside. Speak to Bobbery, he'll say no. Go back to the ship, Flavio should say go see the owner of the bar. *it's below the inn* He will tell you about somehting that happened to Bobbery, and give you a letter. Give the letter to Bobbery, *you can just walk in the door this time* he will read it, and join.
Merchant: Outside in front of the shop in Rougport square, the merchant will be. BUT, he will not always have the badge, and it is very pricey. VERY pricey. BE WARNED. |

That's Ms. Mowz. You have to go where you got Garf's key, then go to Hooktail's fortress, and in the room where you fought him, in the center use Flurry and you'll uncover a chest with the badge in it. Take it back to Mowz and she'll give you the badge in addition to joining your party. |
