lol, no.
the free version was free because people bought their wiis closer to when the wii launched. and nintendo wanted to thank people for buying wiis. |

And I hate those people...
I'm so flabbergasted (that's right, flabbergasted) that I can't just get the Internets channel... I was so hoping I could get it so I could still manage to catch updates when I need to when my sister is the internet.
Correction.
When my sister is on the MySpace.
But it's 500 Wii Points, which isn't that bad. I just need to get some next time I'm out... which will be tomorrow. |

It obviously can't do everything a regular computer can do, but it's useful if someone else is on the computer.
Pros:
-pretty fast
-youtube videos work
-easy to use
-some games can be played
Cons:
-some videos(mainly flash)didn't work
-images usually load slowly or not at all
Odd:
-the esnips files in members' signitures work(they are EXTREMELY quiet), but they don't work on esnips.com
I don't know if gametrailers videos work or not. |

Some Flash videos don't work because the Opera Browser on Wii Internet isn't Flash Player 9 equipped. Any videos made outside of Flash 8 are completely viewable.
Like I make all my cartoons in Flash MX and I can watch them on the Wii Browser... which is always fun. Seeing my toons on TV... oh, I can only dream. |=| |

Huh. I actually have a faster connection on my comp. I just use the Wii if I'm in my room and don't want to go all the way down to the basement. |
