Chapter One

heres some wisdom on what ways to remove anger from yourself

1. If its something you like doing it is most likely worth a try unless it causes damage.

2. Try using a punching bag or punch a pillow if you don't own a punching bag and keep doing that until you have lost the anger you had.

3. if someone is doing things to make you angry just try to ignore them or try to get a way from them until you don't feel angry anymore if possible if not try asking the person to kindly stop.

4. if you have music that can calm you down or a water garden use them as a place to calm yourself down..
