Oh, good God. I can already see that the Dump forum is a bad idea. There are so many spam topics, the board is going to be flooded and you'll be out of space before you know it. I say lock this board and let it be the resting place of locked thread. and add an "THIS IS NOT A SPAM BOARD" announcement on the off-topic forum, because the Dump is a very apt name. |

99% of those were already existing and moved from Off-Topic. And the dump forum will purge itself of old topics. Maybe i should rename to be "Really Off-Topic" or something. |

Off-topic is randomness that someone might actually want to read/respond to. (Example - "What toppings do you like on your pizza? I like pineapple." "Mario likes Mushrooms." "Bowser likes pepperoni." etc.)

The problem with the dump is that it's not accomplishing much.
Before the dump, most of the posts in Off Topic were along the lines of "Hay do u liek pie?". After the dump, most of the posts in Off Topic are still "Hay do u liek pie?" only now we have a board that people fill with "IUSHRIURYGERPIEIZGoOD". |
