Okay, I recently got 0/100 HP, and then I was still counted as "alive" and even had my normal avatar until Generic Thief #2 threw a Poison 'Shroom at me. I remember the same happened with Brat #124/Mimi... |

Yeah, I used two mushrooms at the same time and it gave him 0 HP but didn't kill him. |
