[Super Maiq the Liar]

[The scene is black. Blackness all around. A voice is heard, a young woman]

"...why did this have to happen...?"

[Stars fade into view, a small spaceship is seen drifting by]

[inside the ship: there is noone in the cockpit, the ship is on auto-pilot]

[the camera moves into another room, a woman is seen sleeping. she has dark green hair and a pale complexion]

"...so much lost...for nothing..."

[blackness again, a foggy memory, her dream, comes into view]

[the woman and two other people enter a roofless hallway, it is raining and thundering. the result of a demon's dark magic]

"Jason, Marcus, guard this hallway. I will deal with Orberous."

"...Alright."

"Yes."

[the woman walks down the hallway and enters a door, leading into a large dark room]

"You have done well to make it here, Sil. But I'm afraid that this is as far as you will get."

"Orberous...I made a vow to stop you, I will not break it."

[the woman, Sil, pulls an object from her belt. she pushes a switch and a photon-blade materializes]

"Metal, photons, it matters not. the end result of this battle will be the same."

"I will be sure to end this quickly."

[Orberous steps out of the shadows, he is a demon. his skin is a pale green, and he is about 10 feet tall. his legs are covered by what appears to be scales]

"Let us begin."

"Gladly."

[Sil takes her sword and dashes toward Orberous]

[Sil slashes at Orberous]

[Orberous swiftly jumps back, then pounces forward, striking Sil]

[Sil recovers and stands]

"Is that it? I was expecting that to hurt more."

"On the contrary, Sil, this is only the beginning."

[Sil quickly takes another object from her belt, and jumps into the air and towards Orberous]

"Such a cliche move..."

[Orberous catches Sil's arm as she attempts to land her jump-strike]

"Did you honestly think you could defeat me using such a cheap attack?"

"Honestly, no."

[Sil swings herself towards Orberous, and activates the photon-blade she hid in her other hand]

"I thought I would defeat you with this!"

"What?!?"

[Sil stabs Orberous, Orberous loses his grip on her arm]

"Damn...how did you..."

"You are too predictable, Orberous. Now you die."

[Sil attacks Orberous repeatedly with both blades]

"Of all...all the cheap tricks...I see...why you took photon-blades with you...to this...this fight..."

[Orberous dies]

"You attacked my home when I was young, you left me alive. That was your undoing."

[Sil hears the sounds of conflict still]

"What could that...oh no..."

[Sil rushes out the door to see Marcus on the ground, and Jason standing over him]

"Jason...what did you do?!?"

[Jason looks at Sil, there is a look of fear in his eyes]

"......I'm...sorry..."

[Jason turns around and runs]

[Sil runs down to Marcus]

"Marcus...Marcus!"

[Sil wakes up in a cold sweat]

"...That dream again...it's been a whole month since then..."

[Sil notices the monitor on the other side of the room flashing, she walks over to it]

{DEBRIEFING: There is an old castle that rests in a field. There have been reports of suspicous activity within the castle as of late. Normally, this type of task wouldn't fall yo us, but there are special circumstances. Several villages on the planet have been demolished by groups of actual undead. Coincidentally, these undead seem to be coming from that castle. A survivor from one of the villages has reported the following:
"These monsters...just came out of the ground...without warning...the bones of our ancestors began pouring into the village, slaughtering anyone they saw. I stayed hidden, hoping for my life. That's when I saw him. These...abominations...they answered to him when he visited the burning village...it was a man...I think...he was wearing black armor...he commanded them, and they obeyed..."
We need you to stop this. If it keeps up, there may be noone left on the planet.}

"It looks like the ship already recieved the coordinates..."

"Looks like I have to go it alone this time..."

"...Jason...why did you do that?"

[the camera shows the ship entering the Planet Tira's amtosphere, about an hour has passed]

[the ship lands in a shuttle bay, an exit hatch opens, and Sil exits]

"You must be Sil. Command told me to give you some weaponry for this mission. Take this cloak, and this broadsword."

"Why is C-Class weaponry banned here?"

"The people on this planet prefer to live a life without technology. After leaving the walls of this town, it will be like visiting the Medieval times."

"I see...thank you for the equipment. Farewell."

[Sil exits the landing area and enters the town. It's a homely place, with stone buildings and a traditional marketplace.]

"I see that this town is influenced by the planet's culture too..."

[after wandering about the town for a few minutes, Sil finds the exit gate, with guards waiting]

"This is the exit to this town. Please hold while we check you for any banned items."

[a small green light emits from an object in the guard's hand. it appears to be scanning her]

"Alright...nothing here. Move along."

[Sil exits the town, onto a dirt road]

[Sil begins to walk down the road towards a small village]

[inside the village, Sil hears a group of people murmuring. Curious, she approches them]

"...he is seen, the village is soon after destroyed."

"That's awful! It isn't true, is it?"

"...Excuse me. What is going on here?"

"Us? Oh, we were just talking about the Black Warrior."

"Black Warrior?"

"You've heard, haven't you? There is a man in black on this world. Everywhere he is seen gets destroyed! Left in a blaze behind him!"

"Do you know of his whereabouts?"

"You're going after him? That's suicide! Noone even knows where he goes and comes from! Only few have seen him and lived, and they are on the brink of madness."

"I see...do you know of any old castles in the area?"

"...I know of one. Oblivion Castle, it's a long while away. It's been abandoned for quite some time, though."

"Alright, and where is this castle?"

"It's about 100 miles to the east."

"Is transport available?"

"Sadly, not at the moment."

"I see...well, thank--"

[a scream is heard]

[a man is seen running through town]

"He's here! ...Run!"

[Sil runs over to see what's happening]

[Sam]

[Sil enters the next street to see everyone running towards her]

"..."

[after making her way through the frightened crowd, she sees the street, empty]

[she begins to walk cautiously down the street, and the noise of the panic falls into the distance. it is silent now]

"So...you are Sil, I presume..."

"Who are you?!?"

[Sil notices a figure on a rooftop nearby]

"I've been waiting for you..."

[the figure jumps off the rooftop and lands nimbly on the street in front of her, he is donned in black armor, with gold trimmings. his appearance makes Sil feel a bit uneasy]

"You already know who I am..."

"The Black Warrior..."

"...Indeed. I know why you are here, you seek to defeat me..."

"And that's just what I'll do."

[Sil draws her sword and charges at the Black Warrior]

"Don't be a fool..."

[The Black Warrior swiftly evades her attack]

"I'd prefer it if you let me finish..."

"The only thing I'm finishing here is your life!"

"Oh, such harsh words...hahaha...very well. If you do not know what you are up against, I shall show you. Have at you!"

[The Black Warrior draws his sword, a blade that appears to be made of obsidian, a strong stone that is always eeriely cold to the touch]

[Sil charges at the Black Warrior again]

[the Black Warrior easily parrys her strike, and counterattacks by slamming the hilt of his sword into the side of her head]

[Sil drops her sword and loses her balance]

"You've already lost..."

[his sword pointing at her, he begins to speak again]

"I came here today so I could see for myself what Sil could do. You are not yet ready to fight me..."

"Why...are you not...killing me?"

"Lucky for you, I do not wish for your death just yet. You have much to learn before we fight again. Next time, you will be a match for me."

"..."

"You have one month to reach my chamber in the Oblivion Castle. If you do not reach me by then, I shall hunt you down and kill you, as well as everyone in this village."

"...Damn..."

[Sil looks up, and sees the Black Warrior looking straight at her, his eyes are an amber color]

"...You're not human...are you..."

"What I am is none of your concern, you have one month, you are likely to learn by then"

[in a slight blur, the Black Warrior vanishes]

"..."

[Sil gets up and grabs her sword]

"I guess I better start...if I'm going to make it in time. How did he move so quickly, though? He must be a demon...but something about him seemed...human..."

[Sil begins to walk towards the east]
