Okay, I'm making an item that uses MP, but where do I put how much MP it takes away from the user? And how do I type out how much MP it takes away? |

You have to set a certain amount of coins to mess with MP consumption. |

MP-use is calculated automatically. The amount of MP used is the usual cost to make the item divided by 5.
So 50HP restoring item would be 50 coins to make, 50/5 = 10MP to use. |

For 1 MP it costs 5 coins. 10 MP it costs 50 coins.
If you are trying to create an item that takes away MP then put a -, then a number, in the blank. If you are trying to create an item that gives MP then put a number in the blank.
You can only have numbers from 1-10. And the answer to your question is that you pay the same amount for subtracting or adding MP to users. |

nope, it uses the cost of the item.
Of course the cost of a damaging item is higher than a healing item. It is 1.2 coins per HP damage.
So, an fryingpan that does 20HP damage would cost 20*1.2 = 24 coins. So its MP-use would be 24/5 = 4.8, which rounded up is 5 MP.
(you all should convince your teachers to use digibutter to teach math and economics )

But....if I put a -number in the MP box, won't that take away MP from the person I use it on? |
