Hm...Try blowing in the DS Card slot, it happens alot to me to. |

I thought my DS headphones had sank. But then I looked in the port, and there was a LOT of dust in there! A little fiddling with the stylus, and they worked again.
Bottom line, try using the stylus to remove dust you can't blow out. |
