This is Super Mario Pong. It's a game I made with Game Maker.
For up to 2 players.
I'll get screenshots up later, but here's the link to the game file:

I posted the game on the Game Maker Community, and many users liked it and gave it a 10/10.
NOTE: I no longer make fangames. This is my last.
If you're wondering about this, I spent about 8 months making the game.
Game Development IS easier with Game Maker, but still requires much effort.
Items:
Mushroom: Become gigantic, making it easier to hit the ball.
Fire Flower: Launch exploding Fire Balls at your opponent.
Star: Invincibility, your paddle will teleport to hit the ball. Balls hit while invincible will gain more speed than balls hit normally.
Poison Mushroom: Shrink, making it rather difficult to hit the ball.
Clock: Slow Motion!

Bravo! That was the best pong remake I have ever played! You must have some serious patience to spend 8 months on it! That's why I don't use GameMaker: too confusing and too time-consuming  |

EVER.
The only problem is that the blocks are a little too small. Of course, though, I know most people don't want an insane amount of items like I do. |

Of course you have to download it. (file.size > 0)
It is not possible to play a game without downloading it. If you think you can prove me wrong, I DARE YOU.
Even games that run in browsers ARE downloaded to your computer's temp folder.
BTW: This is not a Flash game. This game was developed with Game Maker 6.1. However, the posted version's EXE was created with Game Maker 7.0, to ensure compatibility with Windows Vista.
This game will NEVER be able to run in a browser, so get over it.
Also, if you don't like the controls, you can change them.
Options --> Configure Keyboard.
I forgot to mention that there is a help file. Press F1.
