Larry, there are many people who probably should have one, but don't.
3 reasons:
1. It costs 5 coins to get one from M'aiq's own store, he doesn't feel like wasting any more of his money right now
2. M'aiq doesn't hold the proper level of respect for some people.
3. M'aiq doesn't want it to seem like something that was whored out all at once, so he will gradually give them to those who deserve it. |
