Recently I checked out a topic about a SPM movie. It made me think about the voices of the characters, and now I'd like to discuss that in more details. So, what do you people think? Who could do the character's voices?
I, obviously, mean the characters that have no voice yet. Mario and Luigi are done by Charles Martinet, and Peach by Leslie Swan etc. I mean, the rather new characters.
Here's some of my ideas... oh, and if this is a repost or a stupid topic, I'm so sorry- please don't hurt me. If I like your idea I'll add it to this here list.
O'Chunks = Mike Myers, if you disagree or know anyone else, I'm all ears- or eyes in this case.
Mimi = Can't think of a specific person- any female voice actress with a '' cute '' voice would do. But please tell if you can think of one!
True Mimi = The purple speechbubbles show that the voice is 'scary'. I can't imagine too much with it. Can you?
Dimentio = This should be a male actor with a reasonably friendly, slick voice- with a hint of madness. Should be able to make his voice turn very vicious all of a sudden. An excellent example is Jim Carrey.
Count Bleck = In the movie topic I saw someone say Sean Connery. I myself think that's pretty good, as long as it's mixed with a bit of madness.
Nastasia = I think a female actress with a normal, perhaps a bit deeper then the average, voice would do fine.
Other ideas for these characters or others? Great!

Jim Carrey = Dimentio. You can't deny that would be awesome. |

That idea is so awesome! Just play a piece of text spoken by Jim Carrey while listening to Dimentio's theme song. It's just...correct . I'll go and add it to the first post. |

Dimentio needs to have a higher voice. I always imagined him as having a higher, more childish voice. |

Francis: A very shaky, high pitched teenage guy's voice with a hint of uncertainty in his tone. |

I see you people can very well think of voices with the characters! But what about the main anatagonist, Count Bleck? |

Probably a deep and foreboding voice capable of a harsh and unsettling cackle. |

Tara Strong FTMimi indeed.
Maybe Matt Hill for Francis?
OOH. OOH. DARREN DUNSTEN FOR COUNT BLECK. TTLY.
And Larissa Wolcott for Link. Wait... Link isn't in SPM. But still... anything that Link IS in... he should be voiced by Larissa Wolcott. ;>> ;<< |
