If anyone has the time to dig their Pokemon Diamond/Pearl versions out of their closets, be sure to PM me if you ever want to battle me. (I'm a "veteran". In other words, I'm frickin' addicted.)

I've played it just earlier today. I go to a Pokemon League in real life every Saturday. I'll battle you once I get another wireless router, which I will get tomorrow. Get ready.

Heh heh heh...

Excellent!

I've never really been in a competition, so I'm kinda n00bish. Well, I'm just used to battling non-experts. No offense, digibutterians.

I didn't forget about it, the whole series is just getting really really old. Sure there are a lot of static and move changes hardcore fans care about, but for a more casual poke'dict like me there hasn't been much in a long time. Sure there is wifi, but FC and lack of random battles almost negates it completely. And sadly I am living proof of this as I was so bored with the same old game, this has been the first Pokemon game I have never gone all the way through the Pokemon League with.

You know, if the developers master a game, they don't NEED to try anything new. You can look at Mario and Zelda for that.

I sort of agree with popple. I want an rpg style game that breaks from the mold. I think a mystery dungeon style story with regular battle mechanics would be awesome. Or, maybe a real time battling one. (I know I'm dreaming)

You should start a tournament (with clearly defined rules).

Nintendo could have done much better with Battle Revolution. It has no story to it. All it really is is a host for D/P and some battles to unlock some stuff. And please do make a tourney Yellow.
