I guess it's like usergroups, but with promotions. I'm not sure how it would work, but maybe there would be a team for the koopas, for example, and there would be groups, in which people can be promoted from. Those with bowser in their username, could talk to that group's admin, and they would be allowed to promote. (And the main admin of that group would get a pm, and a link to the promotion scene, so noone can say "U R MEYE FWEND, SO U CAN B A ADMIN RIGHT NOW!" or anything, and the main admin can depromote. A promotion thing could be like:
