you appear by a Time Gate(which looks like a portal right now) there are other Time Gates near you and in front of you is a wooden door

there is a lamp post with an old man(he is sleeping while standing by using his cane) under it and there is what looks like a place to jump off of(this is useable) and another door(locked)
