Where do I go to get it back? I don't mean a shortcut, I mean the actual recycle bin back onto my desktop.
I have Vista, if that changes anything. |

On Vista it is. My labtop is Vista, but Vista sucks D:
Go to Personalization in Control Panel to restore it. |

Go to Control Panel > Personalization > In the left margin, click Change Desktop Icons > Check the box next to the words "Recycle Bin". ANd now you have it back.
