I want to start but:
A: Haven't beat the game
B: Don't have a Ditto
C: Don't have any rare candies to clone (GTS cloning!!!)
D: I don't have the flame body or magma armor ability on any pokemon
I would like some pokemon to be customized...i will pay what price you ask, if I can do it.
If I can get the PokeRadar (Hard, may need help to see all pokemon), get the ditto, get a rare candy, or candies, get a magmar (has ability) and beat the game, I'll start doing customizations down to the last EV point. Should take awhile. |

If you fight most of the trainers in the game, you should see all 150 Sinnoh pokemon easily. |

I would, but a part of me dies every time I do something like this. I play the game, I don't breed my drugged and overfed pokemon so I can get an ultimate pokemon. And then for some reason, I'll decide to start a new file. |

Or you could unlock pal park, and get a slugma sent. I did. I'm gonna get a Jirachi sent to my Diamond version eventually if I can get another for my Ruby version. |

No, its where you breed pokemon, then fix their EV's to be what they want by battling certain pokemon. It doesn't use action replay.
Process: Breed Baby Pokemon you want (Let's say, a happiny)
Make sure it has the egg moves you want. (Let's say counter)
Make sure it has the nature you want. (Let's say Naive, its adds onto special defense, and it loses speed)
Check to see if it has thr ability you want
then, level it to level 5 via day care center, and check its iv's using serbii.net.
If all that's good, then you can start working on EV's by battling certain pokemon:
Like, Bibaral and kricketune adds 2 attack EV's, so if you battle 2, the pokemons attack stat will increase by 1.
After that, you can battle till you reach level 75, then use rare candies (cloned via GTS) to level it to 100.
so in my case, i would have a Sponge for Special attacks, Blissy, who i would choose to have 252 special defense, and 252 hp, and the rest in defense. (6)
the only thing that is literally "cheating" is using the GTS to clone rare candies, or using the ditto trick to clone rare candies. you don't even have to do that. |
