Book of Mudora article from ZeldaWiki wrote: | The Book of Mudora is a collection of ancient Hylian lore and stories, as well as a guide to translating ancient Hylian Language that appears throughout the land of Hyrule. The Book of Mudora appears in A Link to the Past and is used to get into the second temple in the normal world. It is found in a Library south of Kakariko Village.
|
Project goal: The Book of Mudora is to be a book of Hylian / Hyrulian legends, myths, fairytales, poetry, prophecies, prayers and music. It will be as if it came right out of the games rather than from gamers. Any help would be appreciated. If used, you will be credited.
[Edit] Forgot to mention: There will be pictures every now and then. If you can draw and want to, you can submit a picture to help. Keep in mind that this is a book of legends, so if you draw Ganondorf or Vaati, as an example, you must keep it vague. No specific details.

The only Hylian Font that would be used would be in pictures or on the cover.
Of course, there would be a Translation section, like the game implied.
Of course, you'd have to use Old Hylian, since it was made before Link to the Past, but sometime after (or maybe even before) Ocarina of Time.
Timeline, of course... |

ALttP Hylian font downloaded! Well sorta. Only the OoT has a specific alphabet, as the ALttP kind is extra letters. Ah well, better than nothing |

Anyways, I want to somehow help too. |

Arguable. Considering that at the end, Zelda sent Link back in time to live out his life that he lost, I imagine that this probably erased the events that happened afterward. Which would mean that OoT's storyline would become legend. |

Umm well... there is no real translation for this... may I call it ALttP dialect, but I would say The book of Mudora Tales of the Land of Hyrule. Both epic and small. Compiled by the King of Hyrule |
